I’ll be a guide on your path toward confidence and stability.

I’m passionate about helping people reconnect with themselves and their loved ones. Many of my clients come to me feeling a bit lost—couples might be struggling with intimacy and find that their conversations too often turn into arguments, while others may feel on edge all of the time and are wondering if some of the challenges they’re experiencing have roots in their past. For some, past trauma or dissociative experiences add layers of difficulty to feeling grounded and present in their own life. They’re seeking a greater sense of clarity about themselves, their experiences, and their relationships.

I specialize in couples and individual therapy, and I’m here to help you make sense of your feelings to find a way forward that feels right for you. Whether you're seeking to build more intimacy in your relationship, learn how to communicate, or find greater balance and confidence in yourself, therapy with me offers a space where we can explore your experiences and get to the root of what’s been holding you back. Together you and I will navigate whatever life throws your way, leading with compassionate curiosity and ensuring you always have a safe place to return to.

In our work together, we'll explore how your early experiences shape the way you see the world now.

With extensive experience in helping people overcome childhood trauma, navigate life transitions, and improve their relationships, I use approaches like Narrative Therapy, Parts Work, Gottman Method, EMDR, Mindfulness, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to tailor our sessions to your unique needs. We’ll also view things through the lens of Attachment, which means looking at how your early relationships impact the way you connect with others today. This process is collaborative and relational, and I believe in taking it all at your own pace so you can find what true healing looks like for you.

This isn’t a place where you’ll receive homework assignments or workbooks. Instead, my focus is on getting to the core of what’s going on and helping you understand yourself on a deeper level, so you can move into the future with confidence. Whether we're digging into past experiences or finding ways to improve your current relationships, my goal is to help you feel more connected and empowered.

If you’re looking for a therapist who is direct but comforting, and open to exploring whatever comes up, I could be the right fit for you. Continuously leading with compassion, empathy, and genuine support, I want to be in my client’s corner, so that no matter what they face, they don’t have to do it alone. Ultimately, I want you to leave each session feeling understood, more at ease, and ready to explore your life.

I received my Masters in Clinical Psychology from Antioch University Los Angeles and am trained in EMDR and Gottman Level 1. I have a prior background in marketing, as well as experience supporting clients with severe and persistent mental illness, OCD, relationship concerns, divorce, anxiety & depression, trauma, acute addiction, grief, and many other issues.

A little bit more about me…

  • I’ve known I wanted to be a therapist ever since I found out it was a job! Understanding others on a deeper level has always been something I was drawn to, this compassionate curiosity led me into a career I feel so lucky to have.

  • I love spending time with my two cats, going to the beach, enjoying nature, hanging out with friends and my husband, watching movies, and playing board games (7 Wonders Duel is my favorite).

  • I’m a huge fan of Bell Hooks, specifically “All About Love”. I’ve also found John Steinbeck’s writing on intergenerational trauma really thought-provoking.

  • I love to disconnect from social media, go for hikes, and prioritize sleep! Watching a scary movie and eating popcorn with M&M’s also usually does the trick.
