Maybe you’re here because you’re struggling to move on from the past. Whether the wounds were physical or emotional, the pain that came from them is still there, and you’re searching for a way to lift the weight of guilt, shame, or anxiety that you carry with you. You might be in the middle of a major life change—preparing for college, entering a career, or figuring out what you want your life to look like. It’s overwhelming trying to navigate it all on your own and you’re noticing your mood sinking.
We can be so hard on ourselves when we don’t “handle” everything easily. There’s pressure to have everything figured out, whether it’s something we’re putting on ourselves or receiving from the outside. No matter what, whenever you aren’t “perfect” it feels like you’ve failed. All of this only makes your worries, anxious thoughts, and stress worse.
I specialize in helping with trauma, anxiety, depression, and life changes. Difficult experiences impact us in ways we often don’t even realize and ultimately can affect our well-being, relationships, work, and every aspect of our lives. I can help you understand and process your emotions, so you can begin healing, while working toward more fulfilling relationships and the kind of life you deserve.

I use a range of approaches, from somatic therapy to CBT to EMDR, creating a personalized experience that fits your needs. Together, we’ll find the right methods and approaches to help you create lasting change.

This is a calm and welcoming environment where you can feel safe, supported, and open to healing and growth. I’ll encourage you to express and accept your emotions so they don’t feel trapped inside of you anymore. You can show up as yourself, knowing that I’ll honor, respect, and hold space for your experiences and everything you‘ve been through.
