Redefine your perspective and envision a new path of possibility for yourself.

There’s a curiosity inside of you that wants to try something new—to get to the bottom of things. You may have tried traditional therapy but didn’t find the kind of support that resonated or helped you make the kind of lasting changes you were looking for. But what you’re facing right now is beginning to feel bigger than you can handle on your own.

I work with teens and adults navigating the challenges of anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship or social challenges. Sometimes, this can show up in the form of fatigue, substance use, isolation, or disengaging from what’s important to them. They bring an innate curiosity to therapy, interested in looking at how their environment, mindset, and past experiences are influencing the way they’re feeling.

You may sense that there’s more beneath the surface that needs exploring, and I’m here to help you uncover that. I specialize in helping clients understand themselves at the deepest level.

I approach therapy with a deep respect for who you are and without pathologizing, trusting that struggles can be our greatest teachers.

My practice is rooted in depth psychology, inviting curiosity into the unknown, and tapping into those indescribable aspects of yourself that often hold the most meaning.

We’ll look at creative expression, dreams, and the signals your body gives since they can reveal powerful insights, which can often lead to the deepest kind of growth. I’ll guide you in exploring what you’re looking for in life and support you as you redefine how you see yourself in the world.

I work to prioritize your healing, acknowledging the complexity of your unique experiences. I believe that surviving our struggles and exploring ourselves can lead us to our most meaningful gifts, and I will hold the space for us to discover the deeper meaning of your exploration.

As we step into the unknown together, you can begin to understand how your surroundings have impacted or continue to influence you, and learn how to transform these challenges into stepping stones for a new, empowered version of yourself.

I started my journey as a fine artist, using my creativity as a way to express myself and reconnect with who I am at the core. Art has always been my way of exploring my emotions, which sparked my interest in spirituality and psychology. I earned my MA in Marriage and Family Therapy at the Pacifica Graduate Institute. Now, I love blending my artistic background with my passion for healing and helping others discover themselves, and I’d be honored to do that for you.
