Here, you can express yourself freely and discover real peace.

You might be struggling with a lack of direction, wondering what your next steps are. Perhaps you’ve noticed that life feels smaller lately, filled with anxiety and a sense of needing to control everything around you, or a lack of motivation to engage in the activities that once brought you joy. If you’re a parent, you could be feeling defeated and unsure of how to support your child as they act out or struggle in school. It’s a lot to carry, and you deserve a space where you can share those feelings without judgment or shame.

If you’re feeling stuck in events in the past, it can feel like you’re living in a fog, making it hard to engage with the world around you. You may have already tried therapy before, hoping to find answers or relief but left feeling like something was still missing. I want you to know you’re not alone and that there’s a different way to navigate this journey.

I work with anyone ready to embrace change, whether you’re an adult seeking to reclaim your life, a parent looking for support, or a child needing a safe space to explore emotions. Together, we’ll take the time to unpack your experiences, including the impact of trauma and dissociation, and build a path toward healing. I’m here as your partner in this transformative process, nurturing you, cheering you on, and supporting you every step of the way.

My approach is eclectic, somatic, and trauma-informed—always focused on you and your unique experiences.

I strive to create a safe, collaborative space where you can explore your thoughts and feelings at your own pace. I believe in empowering you to find your own solutions, with the goal of eventually working my way out of a job—I want you to come to realize you don’t need me anymore!

I’ll always follow your lead because you know yourself best. That means never pushing you until you’re ready to go deeper; instead, we’ll take our time, tailoring each part of the process to your needs. Acting as your guide and teammate in this process, I’ll recognize your progress when you start to push back and challenge yourself—that's when real transformation begins.

This journey is all about finding peace and learning to live comfortably in your own skin.

I want you to feel excited about life rather than dreading it. As you begin to push yourself and embrace these changes, you’ll discover the joy of living authentically and discover relationships that enrich your life.

I offer a perspective that focuses on your future and ability to create the life you want. I earned my Master’s in Counseling from the Townsend Institute at Concordia University, Irvine, building on years of experience across roles in recovery work, life coaching, and equine therapy. I aim to support your resilience and healing with a trauma-informed, compassionate, and client-centered approach and the use of somatic therapies, parts work, and expressive therapies.
