Here, you don’t have to have it all figured out. You just have to be willing to start.
You may have been pushing through for years—holding it all together for everyone else—only to find yourself exhausted, anxious, or suddenly overwhelmed by old wounds you thought you’d buried a long time ago. Maybe something recently has shifted: your kids are growing up, a tragedy or loss has shaken your foundation, or your relationship is struggling in ways it didn’t used to.
You’re starting to notice that things feel heavier—maybe the same argument keeps coming up with your partner, or old wounds are beginning to surface in your health, your parenting, or how you cope in your day-to-day. Whatever it looks like, there’s a part of you that knows something needs to change… you’re just not sure where to start.
I work with individuals, couples, and families who are ready for life to feel more clear, connected, and fulfilling—even if they don’t yet have the words to describe what’s not working. I support teens finding their identity, adults reevaluating their path, couples feeling stuck in long-standing patterns, as well as families navigating grief, conflict, or change. Many of the people I work with have been carrying heavy emotional burdens on their own for too long, sometimes from trauma, childhood wounds, or profound loss.
I’m here to help them finally move forward, break free from the weight of their past, and create the changes they’ve been longing for.
Therapy with me is a conversation—we’ll talk about what’s been weighing on you, what keeps coming up, and what you’d like to feel more of in your life.
I want you to feel safe to be real here, without pressure to have it all figured out. I’ll help you connect the dots between what you’ve been through and how it shows up now, and together we’ll make sense of your experiences in a way that helps you move forward. Whether we’re working on improving your relationships, healing from trauma, or navigating a big life change, we’ll keep things flexible, honest, and focused on what feels most important to you.
I’ve always known I wanted to be a therapist. From the time I was a teenager, I was the one friends came to when they needed someone who would really listen.
Over time, that natural pull led me to work with high-risk populations—homeless youth, trafficking survivors, families in crisis—and eventually back to clinical work with a deep focus on trauma.
I’m here because I know how hard it can be to ask for help, and how powerful it can be to feel safe enough to do the work. My goal is to offer both expertise and empathy, and to honor the truth that you are the expert on your own life.

A little bit more about me…
-
At an early age, I was the one people came to for support or help. That instinct grew stronger through my own life experiences, and I knew early on that being a therapist was the right path for me.
-
When I’m not working, I love spending time at the beach, reading fiction, dancing, playing volleyball, and staying active. Movement and creativity help me reset and stay present.

Viktor Frankl’s Man’s Search for Meaning. It’s a powerful reminder of how deeply people can suffer and still find purpose, resilience, and strength.

Time with family and loved ones is my go-to. Add in a good workout or some time outside, and I’m back to feeling grounded and recharged.
