I'm here to support you in discovering the answers that feel right for you.

You might be at a crossroads, realizing that the ways you used to cope just aren’t working anymore. Whether you’re a parent noticing your teen struggling with emotional regulation or an adult feeling overwhelmed by anxiety and life’s pressures, it can be really frustrating when it seems like no one truly understands what you’re going through. It’s even more complicated when you’re dealing with the impact of past trauma.

Perhaps your relationship is at a fork in the road, as you’re both wondering whether or not you’ll stay together or you’re noticing how anxiety or stress is impacting your connections with people close to you. I work with teens, adults, and couples who are looking for a therapist who will take the time to deeply understand them and who doesn’t show up to therapy with ideas about what you “should” or “shouldn’t” do. Only you know what that is—I’m just here to help you discover it.  You don't have to bottle up your emotions anymore, and you no longer have to carry them on your own. No matter where you are on your journey, having a supportive space to freely express yourself can make all the difference.

This process begins by building trust.

We’ll take the time to explore the what, why, and how of your life and figure out what you’re hoping to gain from therapy. I know how important it is to have a connection with a therapist who can match your energy, understand your personality, and reflect your words back to you with a new perspective—I strive to be that for all of my clients.

My focus is always on you: your needs, your experiences, and your pace. I believe therapy should be tailored to fit who you are, rather than a checkbox of tasks for you to complete. This means I don’t just stick to one method to suit your needs—instead, I draw from a mix of approaches, like EMDR therapy, mindfulness, humanistic techniques, attachment, and emotion-focused therapy.

With a Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Cal State Northridge, I bring a well-rounded foundation to our work together. In this collaborative process, your voice and perspective will guide our work, with regular check-ins to ensure we stay aligned with your goals and make adjustments as needed.

This is a non-judgmental, empathetic space. I truly mean that—I’m not here to judge who you are or what your life looks like right now. Your identity and life are uniquely yours and I’ll honor and respect that as a guide on this road toward growth and a greater sense of fulfillment in your life.

A little bit more about me…

  • I’m a big fan of movies, art, and TV—True Romance by Tarantino is an all-time favorite! I love exploring LA, visiting museums, and taking in everything the city has to offer.

  • The Body Keeps The Score by Bessel van der Kolk

  • I love being around animals and spending time in nature.
